Stock number 3368. Swansea - two cups and matching saucer. From the Sir Leslie Joseph collection of Swansea Porcelain. illustrated in Swansea Porcelain by John. Illustration 28 A. Tea service with gold bands Type 5. Remains of red Swansea mark on one cup. The items are clean and bright with no chips or cracks. The only fault is the gilt decorative emblem inside one cup has largely faded away. Saucer width 6 inches. Tall cup height 2 1/2 inches. Other cup height 1 5/8 inches. Price £125. |
