The first cufflink is from the aluminium cladding from the RAF Hurricane W6670 which was shot down on the 1st September 1940. The Hurricane was in combat over Biggin Hill when the aircraft was severely damaged by Messerschmidt 109’s.

Hurricane Battle of Britain cufflinks

An important and historic Battle of Britain relic and a fine unique gift item. It comes in a cufflink box and with a letter on handmade paper describing the item. The metal piece we have obtained is show below. The cufflink base used in this item is square with rounded edges and is rhodium plated over brass. It has an angled  U arm fitting.

Whilst we have treated the metal to control the corrosion we have left the metal as far as possible in it’s raw state.

Mammoth ivory pocket knife

We have a nice selection of pocket knives made incorporating mammoth ivory in their handles. Made in Sheffield in the traditional way each one is different and unique. click on the image to see them.

Spitfire keyring 1

 Have a look at a keyring made with armoured plating from a Battle of Britain Spitfire. An incredible Spitfire gift made out of the raw rugged metal preserved in much the same shape as it was dug up. Click on the image above to see it.

sgian dubh Scottish knife

Another important and unique piece are our sgian dubhs made utilising the walnut from Lee Enfield rifle butts. The Lee Enfield rifle butts were manufactured prior to world war two and stored ever since. Each sgian dubh comes with a sheath made from the red cloth of a mill founded in the 18th century which as been supplying the British army with the same iconic red cloth for centuries.

We also have a very few cufflinks made from the metal from a Junkers German bomber shot down over Sherness by Douglas Bader during  the Battle of Britain.
